Moving In and Out
When can I move in?
If a space that meets your specific needs is available, you can move in any time during regular gate access hours: 5:00 AM — 11:00 PM.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. We require a 10-day notice before you move out.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless you request otherwise. Ask our friendly staff about longer-term options and prepayment specials.
Documentation and Storage Requirements
What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and that all renters be at least 18 years old. Insurance is also required; we offer affordable insurance options, or you can provide proof of your own coverage.
What documentation is required to rent an RV/Boat/Vehicle parking space?
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
You may not store liquids, explosives, flammable substances, toxic materials, or perishables. If you have questions about specific items, contact us.
How much space will I need?

Payments, Access, and Supplies
How do I make a payment?
We encourage signing up for autopay. Other options include paying in person, mailing a check or money order, or paying through our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No, you will receive your own security pass code at move-in, giving you access during normal gate access hours, 5:00 AM — 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
Do you sell boxes and other supplies?
Yes, we sell boxes, tape, and a variety of moving and storage supplies in our office.
