Kenny was the one we talked to when we arrived at Woodburn Storage. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to show around the facility. He answered all our questions, about rodent control and we didn't see bird droppings anywhere; that makes RV a mess.They also provide a electric outlet to each stall for plugging in a trickle charger. Kenny made us feel comfortable enough, we decided to move our RV to Woodburn Storage.

First time renting a storage unit. This was a very quick and easy process, glad to have found a very friendly managed storage unit facility.

First off, Shari (the manager) and Kenny are AWESOME. We've had a unit hair for a few months, wanted to wait on leaving a review for a bit. We've had some terrible experiences with other storage units, not the case here. It's clean, it's well-kept, the employees are friendly and they're actually are employees here during posted hours (which is sadly not the case at some places). Pricing is pretty straightforward for a storage unit, as are rate increases. The cap the rate increases at a maximum percentage yearly and it's once per year. Terms for payment, late fees, etc are pretty straightforward and standard. Nothing that's so crazy it makes you wonder what's going on. If you need a storage unit, drive past the others and just come here and talked to Shari or Kenny. This place reminds me of how storage units used to be, which is a pleasant surprise. It's owned by someone local to Oregon vs some big out of state conglomerate that doesn't give a rip, and it shows. As for units, they have plenty of unit sizes, including covered parking for vehicles, RVs, boats, etc. They're all so nicely stocked in the office if you need supplies. Speaking of the office, is extremely nice and well kept and the restrooms are absolutely top notch. Water is available as well as a few other things, which is quite nice if you're coming in to pay your bill. I've had many storage units over the last 15 years, and this is by far the nicest one with the friendliest staff. It's not even close. Shari runs a great business here!!

Top end facility with likely the most friendly staff I've ever met at a storage facility. Clean, professional, secure, lots of room, what more can one want? I don't think I'll be changing locations for any reason, so if you want a spot, do it. I have a feeling that once they're full, it'll stay that way.

Gorgeous new facility! Staff has been super helpful figuring out the details for my impending move and making sure I get the right unit for the best price.

I wanted to take a moment to update our recent experience. We were moving our trailer after washing it, due to daylight savings time totally lost track of time. We were arriving almost an hour after closing (gate under construction and almost complete). Once I realized we weren't going to make it back in time Mr. Jerry Perez (employee) assured me he'd remain onsite in order to help me get my trailer placed. When we arrived he was in an amazing mood, very kind, and positive. We can't say enough good things about him. Customer service is often lacking these days but not here! Thanks. -Alexander's

I called when construction first started to inquire about availability and storage options for our trailer. The lady to whom I spoke was very helpful, and even emailed a map of the facility layout to help us plan for a potential move. When we visited the office recently, we received the same level of enthusiastic assistance. Although the area into which we have decided we will be moving our trailer was not yet been completed, we were invited to move our trailer in now to one of the (higher level) covered areas that was complete until our site is ready for occupancy. The quality of the facility and the staff has been outstanding!
